The process involves an in-depth conversation regarding the organization’s business model, areas of concern, prior efforts and a framework to approach to areas of concern.

Deliverable is an in-depth report on compensation, total rewards, employee engagement or an overview report on multiple HR functional disciplines. The process involves reviewing key HR data and reports as well as interviews with key staff members.

Deliverable is a report outlining organizational strengths and vulnerabilities. Included is a strategy map outlining the process to address areas of concern to the organization. The process involves cross functional interviews, round table discussions and limited population surveys.

Deliverable is a customized in-depth compensation report detailing compensation based on market trends, data and surveys. The market study includes; writing or update compensation philosophy, determining comparison companies, reviewing/analyzing current compensation trends, and reporting on any SEC or RiskMetrics actions/recommendations. The actual compensation report will combine both market-based data sources then compare base salary, bonus and equity remuneration and company executives. Package includes 2 hours of consulting time to be used at client’s discretion. The package also includes pre-study conversations and presenting of results to the Compensation Committee. Consulting time limit, 3 hours.

Spark HR Consulting, LLC will conduct special seminars or class at your location. The programs will be customized to align with your company’s policies and culture. The programs are designed to “get to the point” but also provide a conceptual, legal and operational framework. Ideally each session will last 3.5 hours but the material can be modified down to 2 hours.

This service is designed for small companies that need human resource expertise on a part-time basis. The service includes providing a broad spectrum of human resource services such as; legal compliance, employment, performance management, benefits design, conflict resolution, training, and management coaching. This service is available on a retainer basis. The price is dependent on the number of hours needed each month. The minimum engagement is three months.
